Sakuna Of Rice And Ruin Release Date Announced

In Sakuna: Of Rice and Ruin, players will be responsible for creating a peaceful farm and building a life for themselves in the wilderness, all while battling demons to survive. Naturally, Sakuna’s preferred weapons are the various farm tools she keeps around at all times.

This is slated to be a very interesting game, as it fuses multiple genres together into one. The side-scrolling action should invoke nostalgia from fans of that genre, while the in depth farming and crafting mechanics are sure to delight resource management fanatics as well. It seems they’ll be something for everyone in Sakuna: Of Rice and Ruin.

The title is releasing on PC, PS4, and Nintendo Switch, so it should be fairly accessible for the most part. Those wanting to learn more about it should check out the Japanese version of the recent Nintendo Direct where it was featured and look into developer Edelweiss’ other games.

Sakuna: Of Rice and Ruin will be available for PC, PS4, and Switch on November 10th.
